Bella Collina: Nicki and Matt

Soft roses, sunsets, and warm shining smiles are just a few of our favorite things. Nicki and Matt brought all of these things and more to the always gorgeous Bella Collina on their special day. Blush by Brandee Gaar effortlessly captured the couples style and love in every little detail. No laugh went unnoticed by Heather Rice Photography.

  

Nikki looked absolutely stunning in her lace gown complemented by the spring time hues of the bridesmaids’ dresses. We wanted to create a bouquet that was a perfect match for her. Soft blush roses coupled with pale yellow and pink peonies embodied every bit of sweet romance. A petite wreath of baby’s breath adorned the little flower girl as she accompanied the bride down the aisle.

  

The reception was picture perfect. Pretty blush hues popped against warm beige and deep chocolate tones blanketing the picturesque lawn. Guests found the key to their table at delightfully rustic seating card display. The tablescape was kept simple and elegant. The Lee James Floral Designs team incorporated the romantic spring time theme into the beautiful centerpieces. Clusters of white and pink roses dawned small pops of fresh baby’s breath. Candles in delicate crystal vases surrounded the lovely arrangements.

 

The cake was just as beautiful as the reception. Party Flavors Custom Cakes designed a gorgeous all white cake accented with a beautiful lace inspired motif. Once the sun set, beautiful lighting from Soundwave Entertainment kept the night going. Guests were encouraged to capture memories at the charming photo booth before they danced the night away.

Nicki and Matt had an undeniably beautiful celebration. We wish them all the best in the future and thank all of the wedding experts that helped create such an amazing day.

Bethany and Brian’s perfectly preppy wedding took place at Congregational Church of Winter Park and was followed by a glamorous reception at the Interlachen Country Club of Winter Park. We couldn’t wait to share Kristen Weaver’s gorgeous photos from Bethany’s and Brian’s big day.

Bethany carried a bold bouquet of pink peonies as she walked down the aisle. Her bridesmaids carried white and green bouquets which looked lovely with their hot pink dresses. We absolutely adore the monogrammed purses that Bethany gave to each of her maids–it was such an original idea!

A Chair Affair provided the most amazing rentals for the reception. Their glass and gold chargers paired wonderfully with navy and white linens. The Sugar Suite designed a jaw-dropping five tiered white cake with white and navy bows. It was so fitting for Bethany and Brian’s style. Sandi Sollaccio of BASH Events could not have planned a more elegant wedding for these two prepsters.

Lytle and Brian were married in the intimate All Saints Episcopal Church in Winter Park, Florida. The couple was surrounded by family and friends on their wedding day, and we are blessed that we had the opportunity to provide floral and decor for their celebration. Eventfully Yours did a fabulous job coordinating the event, and The Nielsens Photography & Design captured stunning photographs. 

For the ceremony, we designed white hydrangea arrangements to line the aisle. Lytle’s bouquet was perfectly plush with peonies, ranunculus, and orchids. The entire bridal party look beautiful with hair and makeup by the professionals at Salon Sanfilippo.

Following the ceremony, there was a wonderful reception held at the Winter Park Racquet Club. Our centerpieces included sophisticated glass vases, bursting with white calla lilies. Each table was decorated with glasses filled with white florals and floating candles. 

The Sugar Suite designed a four tired white wedding cake for guests to enjoy. We added orchids, green hydrangea, and ranunculus to finish the look.Wings of Sound provided wonderful music and entertainment for guests and the reception.

Maitland Art Center: Style Me Pretty Feature

We are thrilled to be featured on Style Me Pretty for one the most unique weddings we’ve played a part in. This wedding ceremony took place at the Maitland Art Center in Maitland, Florida and was followed by an intimate reception at 310 Lakeside Restaurant. The bride and groom celebrated their marriage with family and friends from across the world. They had guests from Japan, South Africa, Europe and Australia. Pietri Photography captured beautiful photographs from the day.

For the bridal bouquet we used a King Protea, the national flower of South Africa, and other South African favorites like gardenias and eucalyptus. We love that our bride chose to add gardenias to her bouquet to keep with family tradition–how special! Her David’s Bridal gown was simply gorgeous, and the texture of the lace looked lovely with the bold shapes of her florals. The traditional Catholic ceremony took place in the roofless chapel at the Maitland Art Center. Instead of communion the priest gave a homily which compared a pineapple to the sweetness of marriage. 

Can you believe this entire wedding cost under $10,000? The bride’s mother-in-law brought table linens from South Africa, and Orlando Wedding & Party Rentals provided chair rentals for the day. Sprinkles Custom Cakes designed a traditional South African fruit cake for the reception. DJ Scott Thompson of Thompson Entertainment provided entertainment for the reception–not to mention a surprise visit from Elvis!

Melissa and Johnson married with the Grand Bohemian Hotel’s elegantly decorated ballroom in the background. Melissa’s dress wrapped around her like an ocean wave reaching for the shore. Our burgundy calla lily bridal bouquet mimicked the same graceful shapes and added a splash of color. The bridesmaid’s bouquets were made of white calla lilies with a dash of burgundy in the center.

The reception continued the calla lily theme. Glass spheres encased the sweet-smelling flowers and their lime green vines, looking like spider webs or vines weaving through the vases. Taller glass centerpieces were crowned with hydrangeas with white calla lilies erupting through the top like water drops cascading down from a fountain.

Carly and Cory exuded enthusiasm, fun, and tons of love and that’s exactly what their enchanting November wedding reflected. Friends and family joined the couple at Bella Collina where the captivating sites engendered a picture perfect fairytale. Rhodes Studios skillfully preserved every detail in these enthralling pictures.     The fabulous team at Blush By Brandee Gaar guided the bride and groom through planning their special day while staying true to all of their personal touches. Carly and Cory wanted their wedding to show every aspect of their love for one another and their lively personalities. From their monogrammed champagne flutes to the sentimental chalkboard backdrop and heartfelt messages all around, the wedding was undeniably one of a kind.   The bride and groom’s laid back yet exciting spirit was all the inspiration the team here at Lee James Floral Designs needed to design the perfect floral arrangements for this occasion. Nothing declares laid back and daring more than a bride that has no problem wearing her favorite tennis shoes on the big day! The bouquet was a dreamy cloud of white with subtle pops of pale pinks and sage green. We kept the centerpieces simple and tall with a beautiful burst of white tulips at the top. The baking virtuosos at Party Flavors fashioned an exquisite cake. A playful splash of pastel pink danced against the simple white frosting while floral details added that extra flare. Carly and Cory’s wedding was splendidly unique. Everyone was tickled pink with intoxicating glee for the jubilant couple. We’re sure the couple will endure love and laughs for a lifetime.
