Bella Collina: “A Night of Wedding Bliss” Luxe Gala

We were truly honored to be a part of Bella Collina‘s recent event, “A Night of Wedding Bliss.” The evening was devoted to wedding luxury in all its facets. All of the wedding venues of Bella Collina were decked out by some of the finest wedding professionals in Central Florida. These photos by Concept Photography are just a taste of what we designed and doesn’t even showcase HALF of the beauty of the night that was created by our colleagues. Well done, everyone!

We worked with Blush by Brandee Gaar to outfit the small dining room with three very different looks on each of the long dining tables. Linens by Kirby Rental and decorative items by A Chair Affair really made our tables come to life.

On the central table, we created a dramatic floral table runner out of green hydrangea. Warm-toned hurricanes, lanterns, and votive holders glowed against the rich, glossy wooden table.

Another of our tables featured ornate metal lanterns and woven chargers for a garden feel. For our floral garland, we used a variety of pink and white blooms with plenty of greenery so that the look was natural and carefree.

Our third table was all about shimmer and shine. Glitter table runners set the stage for crystal candelabras, gold flatware, and glimmering chargers. Our floral pieces were tight and composed, with classic wedding favorites: white hydrangea and pink roses. A sweet rose was added as a special touch to each napkin.

Finally, we added the perfect floral touches to bring the naked cake by Two Sweets Bake Shop to life. Just like the rest of the room, we used pink floral and greenery that balanced between formal and casual.

Reunion Resort: Orlando Perfect Wedding Guide Luncheon

Recently, we had the pleasure of being a part of the planning and design for the Orlando Perfect Wedding Guide Luncheon hosted at the Reunion Resort. Not only did we get the opportunity to socialize with our partners in the wedding industry, but we also were able to design a beautifully-executed event for all of us to enjoy good food and spend time together. The day was coordinated by the talented Blush by Brandee Gaar team with photographs documenting the special occasion by Rinat Halon Photography Communication.

The color palette of the day was shades of purple and gold, from the tent and table runners to the gorgeous purple and gold 3-tiered wedding cake. With that in mind, we stuck to centerpieces of whites, grays, and greens to complement the design. The arrangements added to the classical, yet lively atmosphere of the event.

Everyone had a grand time, enjoying the best the wedding world of Orlando has to offer and congratulating each other on their successes. This event was made possible by the venders who volunteered their services to make it one-of-a-kind:

Country Club of Orlando: Anna and Houston’s rehearsal dinner

 

 

We were honored to provide floral work for Anna and Houston’s wedding, PLUS we also designed the colorful centerpieces for their rehearsal dinner at Country Club of Orlando. It was a fabulous evening of toasts, tasty bites, dancing, and fun! So nice to see the couple let loose and de-stress before the big day!

Kristen Weaver Photography was there to make every moment a memory, and the entire evening was organized by Blush by Brandee Gaar. Special touches included a fantastic band, the The Buzzcatz, and a fun cake for the groom by Party Flavors Custom Cakes.

In contrast with the more soft, romantic palette of their wedding flowers, the rehearsal dinner was vibrant! We used bright pinks, greens, sherbet orange and purple to create arrangements for the dinner tables, cocktail tables, and guest book table. We used a large variety of flowers, from tulips to roses and everything in between.

What a fun evening! Congratulations, Anna and Houston. We loved being a part of your entire wedding weekend.

Reunion Resort: Boutique Bridal Showcase

We always love every opportunity to inspire soon to be brides with our beautiful creations. The Boutique Bridal Showcase was no exception to our lovely floral endeavors! Under the skillful planning of Blush by Brandee Gaar dozens of local Orlando vendors gathered at the Reunion Resort on Sunday, March 2^nd, to transform the already stunning resort into wonderful ceremony and reception areas. No detail went unnoticed by the skilled lenses of the  Rhodes Studios team. Please don’t hesitate to indulge. With such an amazing atmosphere and so many fellow wedding professionals around it was almost impossible to settle down! We finally let our floral arrangements unravel in the gorgeous Grande Ballroom. A sophisticated arrangement of white chaise lounges from Chic Event Furniture encircled the middle of the ballroom. A perfect spot for guests to take a break from dancing and still feel like their apart of all the fun. Kirby Rentals provided the white chiavari chairs with sharp black cushions. Their contrasting black and white linens combined with their sleek silver linens and chargers were the perfect accents.    We kept the look simple and elegant with an array of tall and short centerpieces dawning crisp white roses. Candles were delicately placed around the centerpieces to enhance the soft curve of each petal. Swag Décor draped the wall behind the head table from ceiling to floor with billowing white linens. The sight was absolutely breathtaking. Every inch of the room was wrapped in soft lighting from the experts at Soundwave Entertainment. The delectable three tiered cake was made extra sweet by Party Flavors. Being able to collaborate with so many wonderful vendors at the Boutique Bridal Showcase was a perfect start to the month. Duck Dynasty | 50th Birthday: Robbie

Robbie’s surprise 50th birthday celebration was filled with family, friends, and tons of humor! We were honored to design the couple’s wedding a few months prior, and when our former bride, Savannah and wedding planner Blush by Brandee Gaar called us to do Robbie’s Duck Dynasty themed birthday party, how could we resist!

Robbie arrived to Rick’s Classic Cars showroom in a car from Southern Elegance Limousine. With photography by Andi Mans, it’s no surprise that every moment was captured beautifully.

The Lee James Floral Design  team styled the event with a  southern style, backyard woodland inspired centerpieces. Rustic farm tables were provided by A Chair Affair, and the chairs were supplied by Wish Vintage Rentals.

The unique camouflage napkins were from Kirby Rentals, and paper goods were supplied by Pearl Beach Paperie. We love all the details that went in to making this event fit the theme.

The delicious food at Robbie’s party was served by Arthur’s Catering, and the rockin’ music was provided by Peyton Entertainment. The 50th birthday celebration included games, backdrops, and more by Wizard Connection, EBR Cornhole, Chalk Shop, and Rhodes Studios.

The event was wonderfully illuminated by Kaleidoscope Event Lighting, and Corban Young Visuals videoed the entire celebration. Add a unique cake from Party Flavors, and you’ve got one heck of a party!
