Modern Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes Wedding

When our team so often creates over-the-top, romantic arrangements for weddings, it was a special treat for us to switch directions and create minimalist, modern designs for this Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes wedding.

Edwin and Keith knew exactly what kind of design they wanted: sleek and sophisticated. Fortunately, they had the powerhouse Lisa Stoner Events handling the entire day, so the wedding epitomized sophistication and a one-of-a-kind type of luxury! Capturing the day from one incredible detail to the next (and preserving it for the rest of us to admire!) was the phenomenal Root Photography.

The outdoor ceremony was perfectly timed to the sunset, starting with breathtaking views of swimming colors on the horizon, ending with the early beginnings of nightfall.

As the nightfall arrived, it was time for the ceremonial leather branding….didn’t we mention that Lisa Stoner Events had created a one-of-a-kind wedding experience? Each groom branded the leather swatch with his initials, creating a truly unique, monogrammed piece that will hang in their home as a reminder of this incredible day.

After the awe-inspiring ceremony, it was time to celebrate the newlyweds on the lawn!

In keeping with the modern wedding, we created centerpieces that were sleek and minimalist in their design. Each table featured a sculpted boxwood, framed by another smaller boxwood border.

We kept the accents to a minimum, using a hint of white orchid in one corner of each frame to complement the rest of the table design. To add a final layer of depth to the masculine, modern design, we incorporated tea lights within the box, set below the sculpted boxwood as a sleek accent for the nighttime reception.

After enjoying incredible food and dancing out on the lawn, and then again in the ballroom, it was eventually time for us to say goodbye to the newlyweds. It was truly a pleasure to be a part of this modern wedding, and we wish Edwin and Keith nothing but happiness in their new life together! Congratulations, you two!

Reunion Resort, Wedding of the Year

Lee James Floral Designs had the pleasure of working with some of Orlando’s best vendors for Reunion Resort’s special VIP event to launch its 2014 Reunion Wedding of the Year Contest. Rhodes Studios captured breathtaking photographs from the event planned by Blush by Brandee Gaar at Reunion Resort.

The Reunion Resort Culinary Team put together some amazing dishes for guests, and a beautiful wedding cake was provided by Party Flavors Custom Cakes. Lee James Floral Designs decorated the table with a variety of white florals including roses, calla lilies, orchids, and hydrangeas. Kirby Rentals provided white table cloths with a bit of sparkle and Chiavari chairs by A Chair Affair added a little extra glamour to the table setting. With music and uplighting, Soundwave Entertainment pulled the room together.

The winner of Reunion’s Wedding of the Year Contest will win a second honeymoon.We are excited to see all of the creativity contestants put into their weddings, and we hope that we can help! Rustic Romance at Casa Feliz | Real Wedding: Adam and Tiffany

Adam and Tiffany sealed the deal after four years of dating at Casa Feliz in Winter Park. Tiffany’s unique aesthetic called for floral arrangements with diverse flowers, colors, and textures. Her taste for design flourished at this southern-glam inspired wedding day!

Brilliant photography by  Kristen Weaver documented every moment of Adam and Tiffany’s  special day on April 20, 2013. We were inspired by Casa Feliz, a magnificently restored Spanish Farmhouse with whitewashed brick and Mediterranean details. The richly textured backdrop complimented our vibrant ceremonial displays. Officiant Adam Feldman from Sensational Ceremonies and harpist Catherine Way made their ceremony truly an affair to remember.

Tiffany’s Pronovias gown had glittery accents and lace which created an antiqued yet elegant look. She found this stunning dress at Casa di Bella bridal salon. Tiffany wore a metallic pair of Jimmy Choo’s to add to her glamorous look, and had gorgeous hair and makeup by LUMA Bridal. Her bridesmaids wore stunning outfits with beaded skirts from All Saints and coral button-down blouses from The Limited. They looked perfect with stone turquoise necklaces, and Adam looked handsome in a charcoal grey Hugo Boss suit.

Centerpieces by the Lee James Floral team look fabulous with handmade Spanish style canvas table numbers and shiny gold tea candle holders. Wonderful food by Arthur’s Catering and a delightful cake by Anna Cakes made for delicious food choices. Asher from A-list DJ Entertainment kept everyone on their toes.

Raining Fireworks and Roses at Ritz Carlton Ballroom | Real Wedding: Stefanie and Barton

Stefanie and Barton united as one before officiant, Bert Carrier, at the lavish The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom. As both were dedicated to one another , it was only fitting their wedding be decorated in floral arrangements of our striking red roses.

Damon Tucci Photography was there for every kodak moment, capturing both the couple’s custom created red rose “M” floral spotlight piece and every moment included too. Having transformed the Ritz Carlton‘s Salons 5-6, their ceremony scene was lit with whimsical water votive tea light candle aisle pieces accompanied by red rose floral arrangements. A Chair Affair‘s chiavari chairs accented this scene on either side of the ceremony’s aisle design.

 

Stefanie and Barton’s wedding then transferred to their reception scene with Letz Dance On It‘s red rose designed dance floor to accentuate the scene of red silk and light peach linens courtesy of Over the Toplinens. Guests danced and enjoyed their night to the musical stylings of Headliners band.

   

A raining parade of Santore fireworks brought Stefanie and Barton’s wedding to a close and held as a magical ending to their special day. Stefanie and Barton are quickly approaching their two year anniversary and we wish them only the best and happiest life spent in the company of one another! Romance at Reunion Resort | Real Wedding: Sarah and Kris

Sarah and Kris married at the quaint Reunion Resort, selected by the wedding planners at Blush by Brandee Garr. Sarah chose a beautiful pink, white, and grey color scheme for her wedding. The bridal bouquet matched the request with our lovely pink and white roses. Kris’ boutonniere was white roses as well. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were stunning white roses crowned with a grey flower.

Their ceremony looked like a classic country wedding complete with white flower petals lining the aisles along with handing white rose decorations. The alter was framed by two stunning white vases full with tiny white flowers. A Chair Affair’s white chairs completed the look.

La Dolce Vita Studio captured the beauty of the reception in their photographs. The white and pink flowers inside silver vases, complete with small silver candle holders, made for stunning centerpieces. The bride and groom’s table was adorned with white roses and had the same white vases from the ceremony frame both sides.

Classy Southern Chic at Lange Farm | Real Wedding: Savannah and Robbie

With the warmest of smiles and happiest tears of joy, Savannah and Robbie became husband and wife last December 1st. Their classy Southern chic design wedding, brought to life by Blush by Brandee Gaar, blossomed into full effect with its location at scenic Lange Farm. This special day was not only a Southern bell wedding, but a close, intimate affair shared with those who mean most to these two lovebirds.

We designed Savannah’s wedding bouquet with pure white garden roses as focal point, accented with greenery and pops of pink hues, caught in such beautiful natural light by Andi Mans Photography & Design. We focused in and expanded upon the feminine shades of pink, and created their bridesmaids’ bouquet in both light pink and subtle magenta peonies with greenery to offset.

White Gardens rose floral arrangements, accented by varying greenery, lined the reception table and were accompanied by AFR Events Rentals‘ lush, cushioned chairs. The reception was kept simple with light beige and soft pink pillow accents as design hues.

Peyton Entertainment kept everyone on their toes and dancing with glee throughout the night. Keeping the tunes close to the events’ Southern roots, guests were line dancing and enjoying their time along with the newly wed couple.

Savannah and Robbie’s six -month anniversary is soon coming upon us on June 1st, and we wish these two the absolute greatest. Thank you both for such a wonderful opportunity to be a part of your special day and assist in transforming your envisioned dream to life.

Red Romance at Tuscawilla Country Club | Real Wedding: Sarah and John

Sarah and John tied the knot this past January in a lovely ceremony and reception held at the Tuscawilla Country Club. The new couple celebrated their love with romantic shades of burgundy, magenta, and gold accents. Brian Pepper of Orlando Wedding Pix captured and shared the beautiful moments between the bride and groom.

The wedding’s color scheme of different shades of red with gold touches evoked a sense of enchantment in the ceremony and reception spaces. We provided gorgeous floral centerpieces with gold candelabras and hanging crystals. These pieces were a simple, yet elegant, touch to the already warm atmosphere of the reception. Gold chiavari chairs, provided by Orlando Wedding & Party Rentals, were the perfect addition to the romantic space.

With a delicious wedding cake and classic tunes provided by Bobby Deese Entertainment, the Mr. and Mrs. toasted to a delightful and memorable evening.

Love at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando | Real Wedding: Elizabeth and Tyler

In October of 2012, Elizabeth and Tyler declared their undying love for each other and married at the The Grand Bohemian Hotel in Orlando.

The bride requested a traditional, yet stunning, white rose personal bouquet accented with pearl white hydrangea floral. Bridesmaids were given a small version of the bride’s bouquet.

The reception was an elegant image or ivory and gold recorded forever by Concept Photography’s stills. Our white rose table centerpieces only enhanced the traditional and romantic feel of the wedding.
