Modern Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes Wedding

When our team so often creates over-the-top, romantic arrangements for weddings, it was a special treat for us to switch directions and create minimalist, modern designs for this Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes wedding.

Edwin and Keith knew exactly what kind of design they wanted: sleek and sophisticated. Fortunately, they had the powerhouse Lisa Stoner Events handling the entire day, so the wedding epitomized sophistication and a one-of-a-kind type of luxury! Capturing the day from one incredible detail to the next (and preserving it for the rest of us to admire!) was the phenomenal Root Photography.

The outdoor ceremony was perfectly timed to the sunset, starting with breathtaking views of swimming colors on the horizon, ending with the early beginnings of nightfall.

As the nightfall arrived, it was time for the ceremonial leather branding….didn’t we mention that Lisa Stoner Events had created a one-of-a-kind wedding experience? Each groom branded the leather swatch with his initials, creating a truly unique, monogrammed piece that will hang in their home as a reminder of this incredible day.

After the awe-inspiring ceremony, it was time to celebrate the newlyweds on the lawn!

In keeping with the modern wedding, we created centerpieces that were sleek and minimalist in their design. Each table featured a sculpted boxwood, framed by another smaller boxwood border.

We kept the accents to a minimum, using a hint of white orchid in one corner of each frame to complement the rest of the table design. To add a final layer of depth to the masculine, modern design, we incorporated tea lights within the box, set below the sculpted boxwood as a sleek accent for the nighttime reception.

After enjoying incredible food and dancing out on the lawn, and then again in the ballroom, it was eventually time for us to say goodbye to the newlyweds. It was truly a pleasure to be a part of this modern wedding, and we wish Edwin and Keith nothing but happiness in their new life together! Congratulations, you two!

Merlot Bella Collina Wedding

Every single wedding is special, and we can never get enough of them! Katelynn and Kyle’s Bella Collina wedding was just gorgeous, with beautiful pops of crimson and merlot throughout the ceremony and decor.

Blush by Brandee Gaar did a fabulous job – as always – keeping everything running smoothly to give Katelynn and Kyle the wedding of their dreams, while Collective by Concept was there every step of the way to capture it all for a lifetime.

Katelynn made the most stunning bride; everyone turned to look at her as she walked down the aisle, transfixed by her smile and beautiful gown. Her cascading bouquet had been lovingly crafted in a rich color palette of white, champagne, blush, and merlot wine.  

The bouquet popped against the ivory of Katelynn’s gown, full of lush hydrangea blooms, champagne and blush garden roses, merlot red ranunculus, deep burgundy dahlia, and hanging red amaranthus floral. To finish out the bouquet, we added some seeded eucalyptus, dusty miller, Italian ruscus, and Italian pitt foliage.

For Katelynn’s bridesmaids, we created elegant, hand-tied bouquets of white hydrangea with blush garden roses, soft pink ranunculus, dusty miller, and seeded eucalyptus. For a bit of softness, we added in some pink wax flowers.

Of course, our groom had to match his bride! For Kyle, we created a boutonniere with merlot-red ranunculus blooms, dusty miller, and seeded eucalyptus. It was striking against his charcoal gray suit, making him so dashing!

Everyone admired the couple throughout the ceremony, cheering as Katelynn and Kyle were pronounced husband and wife. Soon after, it was time to kick off the party! Everything was perfectly in place for the indoor reception, and everyone was ready to get on the dance floor!

Katelynn and Kyle wanted their centerpieces to be stunning, but a little different, and we loved getting creative with the idea! We crafted their centerpieces with our rustic wrought iron chandeliers, using a mix of the same flowers used in Katelynn’s and the bridesmaids’ bouquets plus a bit of foliage for a hint of a rustic touch.

After hours of dancing the time away and making memories, the day came to a close, and soon, it was time to say goodbye to our couple. Congratulations again, Katelynn and Kyle!

Ethereal Wedding Inspiration Shoot

Every inspired photoshoot has a special place in our hearts, but this modern ethereal inspiration shoot – the brainchild of Kristen Weaver Photography interns Lexie and Rachael – really was special! The interns opted for natural elements and mixed metals, producing the most unique, truly ethereal design.

Of course, the natural woods, stones, and mixed metals throughout the decor had to be offset somehow, and greenery turned  out to be the perfect complement! We included a wonderful selection of assorted greenery throughout the décor, with Italian ruscus, variegated Italian pitt, and with seeded, silver dollar and baby blue eucalyptus throughout.

Our models looked wonderful! Our bride dressed in a flowing Sarah Seven dress from Calvet Couture Bridal, and donned a gold headpiece in her long hair. She carried a specially-crafted greenery bouquet, dressed out in a gold modern metal geometric orb, accented with succulent blooms for some texture.

Meanwhile, our groom looked super stylish in a rich velvet blazer and bowtie, with a seeded eucalyptus, baby blue eucalyptus, and Italian ruscus foliage boutonniere. The soft, elegant contrasted so well with the industrial look of the decor!

Every detail of this modern ethereal inspiration shoot was eye-catching, with each unique design element coming together beautifully. Everything was intentionally mismatched, yet it all fit together perfectly to create the most natural bohemian look. We’re so proud of Lexie and Rachael; Kristen Weaver is fortunate to have such wonderful interns, and we can’t wait for their next photoshoot from this talented team!

Backyard New Year’s Eve Wedding

New Year’s Eve is always special, and there’s no better way to ring in the New Year than with a wedding! Kate and Josh are such a sweet couple, and their New Year’s Eve wedding will tug at our heartstrings for years to come!

Team James had the pleasure of designing the floral for Kate’s sister’s wedding a year ago, and it was an honor to be called back for another Devine wedding! Kate’s parents’ backyard made the ideal venue for such a beautiful day, with Weddings Unique bringing every detail together flawlessly, while Kristen Weaver worked magic with her camera lens, as usual!

The blush and white color scheme was soft in its elegance, allowing us to create the most lovely and romantic arrangements. The entire space had a backyard garden wedding atmosphere in the late afternoon, transitioning to an ethereal atmosphere during the nighttime ceremony with fairy lights gently lighting the night sky.

Kate made a stunning bride as she walked down the aisle, wearing a big smile and a gorgeous Oscar de la Renta gown as she carried her lush bridal bouquet. We lovingly created her bouquet with blush hydrangea, white peonies, and champagne roses throughout, with ranunculus blooms and blush rice floral. Dusty miller and clusters of seeded eucalyptus and Italian ruscus made for an elegant finish.

Kate’s bridesmaids looked stylish and beautiful, dressed in an assortment of beautiful gowns for a Gatsby-inspired touch. Their bouquets were truly striking against their gowns, crafted with blush hydrangea blooms with open cream and champagne roses throughout.

The floral throughout the ceremony was created with Kate’s vision in mind: magnolia foliage woven into stunning garlands accented with baby’s breath. Everything came together for a truly breathtaking ceremony at this New Year’s Eve wedding!

Joshua looked so proud and overjoyed throughout the entire day, and it was little wonder why! They made the most adorable couple, and it was a beautiful sight to see two souls so in love with one another.

Pretty soon, it was time to celebrate the newlyweds at the reception. Every detail was beautiful, with lovely white wooden round tables draped with stunning blush lace, topped with assorted gold mercury vessels holding lush arrangements created to match the bridesmaids’ bouquets.

All too soon, the evening came to an end, and it was time to bid our newlyweds farewell. Congratulations again, Kate and Joshua! Designing the floral for your New Year’s Eve wedding was an honor, and we wish you a long, happy life together!

Blush and Gold Wedding at the Reunion Resort

Every wedding is special, but Christina and Joseph’s Blush and Gold Wedding at the Reunion Resort was double the fun! This wedding was an absolutely stunning two-day event, expertly planned by Blush by Brandee Gaar, with every special moment and detail brilliantly captured by Bow Tie Photo.

The ceremony at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Celebration was simple, but memorable.

Christina looked so beautiful as she walked down the aisle, wearing a stunning gown with lace touches, her hair in a sophisticated updo. Of course, her bouquet had to be just as elegant to match! We created her beautiful bouquet with white hydrangea, accented throughout with open pink and white O’Hara garden roses, and cream and champagne roses. Soft touches of Italian ruscus and some seeded eucalyptus greenery for texture completed the arrangement.

For Joseph, we crafted his boutonniere with simplicity and elegance in mind, using a white ranunculus to complement his bride’s beautiful gown. It was just so heartwarming to see Christina and Joseph stand together throughout the ceremony; they made such a beautiful couple!

All eyes were on our couple, but the bridesmaids and groomsmen made quite a style statement as well! The bridesmaids wore the most lovely pale blush gowns, their bouquets created to match with blush ranunculus. The groomsmen donned matching boutonnieres of pink ranunculus.

As beautiful as the ceremony was, the reception at Reunion Resort was truly breathtaking! Shimmery golden linens added a regal look to the tables, perfectly paired with tall glass bell vases. They towered high with lush bouquets of hydrangea blooms, open cream and blush pink roses throughout, with beautiful white orchids spilling out. We even added accents of Italian Ruscus for color and texture. It all came together flawlessly, with everything a perfect fit for Christina and Joseph’s sweet and elegant natures. This Blush and Gold Wedding at Reunion Resort really was unforgettable!

After two days of laughter, happy tears, and memory-making, it was finally time to say goodbye to our newlyweds as they began the next chapter of their journey together. Congratulations again, Christina and Joseph! We wish you all the happiness in the world! Luxurious Winter Wedding at Bella Collina: Lisa and Jay

Sometimes, things don’t go exactly as planned, but there’s always a silver lining! Lisa and Jay’s Luxurious Winter Wedding at Bella Collina was stunning, and it was beautiful to see two such loving souls come together!

With Blush by Brandee Gaar at the helm, every detail of the day was unforgettable, with William Arthur Photography capturing it all for a lifetime!

All eyes were on Lisa, a vision in white as she walked down the aisle. Her bouquet stood out beautifully against her gown, created with blush hydrangea, white peony blooms, blush ranunculus, lissianthus, pink garden roses and, for a bit of contrast, black-eyed panda anemone!

Jay looked very handsome in his suit, a big smile on his face as he watched his bride walk towards him. To match Lisa’s beautiful bouquet, we created Jay and the groomsmens’ boutonnieres with ranunculus blooms and Italian ruscus foliage for a simple but elegant style.

Of course, we didn’t forget about the bridesmaids! The ladies looked lovely in long blush gowns, their bouquets a perfect complement with their soft, romantic tones and textures. Blush pink hydrangea and open champagne roses accented with lissianthus and ranunculus created unforgettable arrangements.

Shortly after the touching ceremony, it was time to celebrate! Unfortunately, a bit of rain drenched the outdoor reception area, but all of the amazing vendors came together to make sure that Lisa and Jay’s Luxurious Winter Wedding at Bella Collina would still be perfect!

Sure enough, the reception was a stunning affair. The tables were adorned with white-washed wooden vessels holding beautiful petite floral arrangements, all designed to match the bridesmaids’ bouquets. Royal blue linens on the tables and stylish black chairs completed the look, creating a totally unique yet timeless tablescape.

The dance floor had been soaked in the rain, but Jay didn’t let that stop him from dancing with his bride! Their first dance might not have gone exactly to plan, but it made for some beautiful memories and gorgeous photos.

As with all things, this Luxurious Winter Wedding at Bella Collina eventually had to end, and everyone gathered to wish our newlyweds well as they left as husband and wife.

The Ultimate Indian Fusion Wedding: Karina and Sachin

Happy couples make for happy weddings, and one of the most joyous occasions for us was Karina and Sachin’s special day at The Hilton Oceanfront Resort! Expertly planned by Blush by Brandee Gaar, this Indian fusion wedding went off without a hitch, with every unique detail flawlessly captured by Nate and Lori.

For their white wedding, Karina was a vision as she walked down the aisle in a elaborately embroidered and bejeweled gown, reminiscent of classic Indian bridal dresses cut in a European style. Sachin, for his part, looked dashing in a crisp suit.

We love all our weddings, but Indian weddings are inevitably the most fun when it comes to designing floral! We got to experiment with different colors and textures, creating bouquets with blush hydrangeas, pink roses, purple roses, white roses, lavender orchids, lavender lisianthus, and lavender stock for Karina and her bridesmaids.

The classic Indian portion of their wedding was purely traditional, with lots of reds and vivid colors throughout, so of course, we had to incorporate some red into the floral! We used red roses for the centerpieces, along with some pink and white blooms for colorful and balanced arrangements.

Our bride and groom looked regal in their traditional Indian attire, Sachin in a gold and red sherwani and Karina in a vivid crimson gown hemmed with gold. The love and joy was almost palpable in the air throughout the ceremonies, every moment a testament of two families coming together.

A Lovely Outdoor Wedding at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes: Chelsea and Joshua

The weather in Florida is certainly unpredictable at times, but it was just perfect for Chelsea and Joshua’s outdoor wedding at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes! Expert coordination by Blush by Brandee Gaar kept things going smoothly. There wasn’t a moment that was less than perfect, and all of it was captured by the skilled lens of Concept Photography.

The ceremony was breathtaking! Chelsea made a lovely bride as she walked down the aisle, wearing the most brilliant smile and carrying the vibrant bouquet crafted just for her. Joshua, for his part, couldn’t keep the beam off of his face.

They wed below a floral arch crafted with hot pink garden roses, pink roses, and white hydrangeas, orchids, stock and ranunculus, to match the blooms used for Chelsea’s bouquet and the flower girls’ crowns.

Soon after our couple said their I Do’s, it was time to celebrate the start of their new life together! The outdoor reception was just as beautiful as the ceremony had been, with strings of lights lighting up the evening and illuminating the heavenly centerpieces on the tables, the hot pink blooms popping against the creamy white flowers.

It came to an end all too soon, but this couple’s wedding really was one for the books! Congratulations, Chelsea and Joshua! It was a pleasure to design your wedding floral!

An Elegant and Rustic Wedding: Lauren and Cody

The best weddings are those of the best couples, and Lauren and Cody are just the sweetest! Their wedding at Bella Collina was absolutely stunning, and all the credit for making their dream wedding come to life goes to the ever-talented Blush by Brandee Gaar. Every detail was designed to create the ultimate luxurious experience,  with each moment brilliantly captured by Kristen Weaver Photography.

There was a slight chill in the air, but there was more than enough love and excitement to keep everyone warm! Lauren was a picture-perfect bride as she waked down the aisle, with her hair cascading down her shoulders and a big smile on her face.

Her bouquet had been specifically designed to complement her dress, using flowers of the palest shades and varying textures. Café au lait dahlias, champagne roses, mother of pearl roses, and white hydrangeas all found their place in her bouquet.

Foliage garlands curled around pillars for a brilliant pop of green, adding just the right amount of color to the ceremony. But undoubtedly, our favorite part of the ceremony had to be the artist painting it all in real time! It was a unique but gorgeous touch!

Soon after the romantic ceremony, the party began! The reception on the lawn was simple, yet stunning! The décor was a mix of rustic and luxurious, with elements of gold resting on the mahogany tables from A Chair Affair. Our floral centerpieces stood tall on the tables, regal. All of the décor just paired together flawlessly, and just perfect for Lauren and Cody’s sweet and down-to-earth natures.

As with all good things, our couple’s wedding day came to an end, but the memories that were made that day live on. Congratulations, Lauren and Cody! Team James wishes you all the best; it was a pleasure to design your wedding floral!

Intimate Wedding at the Ritz: Lisa and Brian

All weddings, big or small, are special, but Lisa and Brian’s intimate wedding at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes definitely struck a chord with us. This couple is so special, and to be a part of their Big Day was such an honor for us.

Expertly planned by Blush by Brandee Gaar and captured by Damon Tucci Photography, each moment of the day was absolutely perfect. Lisa looked lovely as she walked down the aisle toward her groom, her hair in loose waves and her makeup natural.

She carried a lovingly-crafted traditional bouquet, created with assorted roses in whites, creams, and soft blush blooms. White and pink ranunculus added a bit of texture, while baby’s breath created the perfect accent.

Of course, our groom had to match! For Brian, we created a boutonniere with white ranunculus and baby’s breath, the perfect complement to Lisa’s bridal bouquet.

The pair married in a brief but beautiful outdoor ceremony. The Grecian pillars added so much romance and old-world sophistication!

The day seemed to end all too quickly, but it was one we will always remember. Congratulations once more, Lisa and Brian!
