Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate: Lauren and Alex

Lauren and Alex tied the knot at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate this past May. Their vision of a black and gold soiree came alive with the assistance of Blush by Brandee Gaar while The Hons Photography was behind the scenes capturing every gorgeous detail and priceless moment.

The bride and groom exuded elegance and class and we wanted their floral decor to reflect the ambiance they created. Their ceremony was simplistically decorated with two grand black vases featuring white floral centerpieces framing a black aisle lined with white rose petals. For the bridesmaids, we designed white floral bouquets with white gerbera daises with black centers and carnations. For Lauren, we created a beautiful white floral bouquet with white roses and carnations to complement her beauty and the floral decor.

Before walking into the reception ballroom, our white floral centerpieces with gold vases brought visual focus to the stunning seating chart table with white escort cards designed by Dogwood Blossom Stationery & Invitation Studio LLC. Once the newlyweds and their guests reached the ballroom, they were greeted with tables beautifully decorated with black linens accented with black and white striped table runners. Smaller white floral centerpieces in square black vases and small candles surrounded our grand cloud-like white floral centerpieces in elegant black vases. Mirror table numbers signs from Chalk Shop Events with gold beaded glass chargers provided by A Chair Affair completed the overall feel of sophistication and prestige.

Lauren and Alex added a touch of classical fun and whimsy with a delicious milk and cookie dessert bar. All of the delicious treats were baked with love by Two Sweets Bake Shop. To go with their nostalgic desserts,  Party Flavors Custom Cakes created two scrumptious cakes for the happy couple and all of their loved ones to enjoy. We provided white floral accents for their 4-tiered white wedding cake with black ribbon lining each tier while Alex’s groom’s cake showcased the rivalry between his beloved team, the University of Maryland Terrapins, and Lauren’s team of choice, the University of Miami Ibis.

Timacuan Golf Club: Kelly and Amir

 

Kelly and Amir had a beautiful wedding, starting with their ceremony atMarkham Woods Presbyterian Church and reception at Timacuan Golf Club. The couple decided to keep their decor simple, natural, and sophisticated. Their colors were white and green, with an accent of aqua bridesmaids’ dresses. 

 

We created a gorgeous bouquet for Kelly, full of soft white blooms and touches of green ferns for a natural look. Her maids carried similar bouquets, with the addition of bunches of green berries and green hydrangeas. For the ceremony, we made white and green floral arrangements for the altar, adding white hydrangea and white delphiniums for texture.

At the reception, we highlighted the height of the room and the stunning chandeliers with our tall floral centerpieces. Glass vessels were topped with white roses and hydrangeas with romantic trailing greenery. Curly willow branches were added to the vases for texture and interest. We added a few pristine white rose blooms to the classic white, four-tier cake byParty Flavors Custom Cakes, and encircled the base of the cake with the bridesmaids’ bouquets (a great idea if you are on a budget).
