Backyard New Year’s Eve Wedding

New Year’s Eve is always special, and there’s no better way to ring in the New Year than with a wedding! Kate and Josh are such a sweet couple, and their New Year’s Eve wedding will tug at our heartstrings for years to come!

Team James had the pleasure of designing the floral for Kate’s sister’s wedding a year ago, and it was an honor to be called back for another Devine wedding! Kate’s parents’ backyard made the ideal venue for such a beautiful day, with Weddings Unique bringing every detail together flawlessly, while Kristen Weaver worked magic with her camera lens, as usual!

The blush and white color scheme was soft in its elegance, allowing us to create the most lovely and romantic arrangements. The entire space had a backyard garden wedding atmosphere in the late afternoon, transitioning to an ethereal atmosphere during the nighttime ceremony with fairy lights gently lighting the night sky.

Kate made a stunning bride as she walked down the aisle, wearing a big smile and a gorgeous Oscar de la Renta gown as she carried her lush bridal bouquet. We lovingly created her bouquet with blush hydrangea, white peonies, and champagne roses throughout, with ranunculus blooms and blush rice floral. Dusty miller and clusters of seeded eucalyptus and Italian ruscus made for an elegant finish.

Kate’s bridesmaids looked stylish and beautiful, dressed in an assortment of beautiful gowns for a Gatsby-inspired touch. Their bouquets were truly striking against their gowns, crafted with blush hydrangea blooms with open cream and champagne roses throughout.

The floral throughout the ceremony was created with Kate’s vision in mind: magnolia foliage woven into stunning garlands accented with baby’s breath. Everything came together for a truly breathtaking ceremony at this New Year’s Eve wedding!

Joshua looked so proud and overjoyed throughout the entire day, and it was little wonder why! They made the most adorable couple, and it was a beautiful sight to see two souls so in love with one another.

Pretty soon, it was time to celebrate the newlyweds at the reception. Every detail was beautiful, with lovely white wooden round tables draped with stunning blush lace, topped with assorted gold mercury vessels holding lush arrangements created to match the bridesmaids’ bouquets.

All too soon, the evening came to an end, and it was time to bid our newlyweds farewell. Congratulations again, Kate and Joshua! Designing the floral for your New Year’s Eve wedding was an honor, and we wish you a long, happy life together!

Blush and Gold Wedding at the Reunion Resort

Every wedding is special, but Christina and Joseph’s Blush and Gold Wedding at the Reunion Resort was double the fun! This wedding was an absolutely stunning two-day event, expertly planned by Blush by Brandee Gaar, with every special moment and detail brilliantly captured by Bow Tie Photo.

The ceremony at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Celebration was simple, but memorable.

Christina looked so beautiful as she walked down the aisle, wearing a stunning gown with lace touches, her hair in a sophisticated updo. Of course, her bouquet had to be just as elegant to match! We created her beautiful bouquet with white hydrangea, accented throughout with open pink and white O’Hara garden roses, and cream and champagne roses. Soft touches of Italian ruscus and some seeded eucalyptus greenery for texture completed the arrangement.

For Joseph, we crafted his boutonniere with simplicity and elegance in mind, using a white ranunculus to complement his bride’s beautiful gown. It was just so heartwarming to see Christina and Joseph stand together throughout the ceremony; they made such a beautiful couple!

All eyes were on our couple, but the bridesmaids and groomsmen made quite a style statement as well! The bridesmaids wore the most lovely pale blush gowns, their bouquets created to match with blush ranunculus. The groomsmen donned matching boutonnieres of pink ranunculus.

As beautiful as the ceremony was, the reception at Reunion Resort was truly breathtaking! Shimmery golden linens added a regal look to the tables, perfectly paired with tall glass bell vases. They towered high with lush bouquets of hydrangea blooms, open cream and blush pink roses throughout, with beautiful white orchids spilling out. We even added accents of Italian Ruscus for color and texture. It all came together flawlessly, with everything a perfect fit for Christina and Joseph’s sweet and elegant natures. This Blush and Gold Wedding at Reunion Resort really was unforgettable!

After two days of laughter, happy tears, and memory-making, it was finally time to say goodbye to our newlyweds as they began the next chapter of their journey together. Congratulations again, Christina and Joseph! We wish you all the happiness in the world! Luxurious Winter Wedding at Bella Collina: Lisa and Jay

Sometimes, things don’t go exactly as planned, but there’s always a silver lining! Lisa and Jay’s Luxurious Winter Wedding at Bella Collina was stunning, and it was beautiful to see two such loving souls come together!

With Blush by Brandee Gaar at the helm, every detail of the day was unforgettable, with William Arthur Photography capturing it all for a lifetime!

All eyes were on Lisa, a vision in white as she walked down the aisle. Her bouquet stood out beautifully against her gown, created with blush hydrangea, white peony blooms, blush ranunculus, lissianthus, pink garden roses and, for a bit of contrast, black-eyed panda anemone!

Jay looked very handsome in his suit, a big smile on his face as he watched his bride walk towards him. To match Lisa’s beautiful bouquet, we created Jay and the groomsmens’ boutonnieres with ranunculus blooms and Italian ruscus foliage for a simple but elegant style.

Of course, we didn’t forget about the bridesmaids! The ladies looked lovely in long blush gowns, their bouquets a perfect complement with their soft, romantic tones and textures. Blush pink hydrangea and open champagne roses accented with lissianthus and ranunculus created unforgettable arrangements.

Shortly after the touching ceremony, it was time to celebrate! Unfortunately, a bit of rain drenched the outdoor reception area, but all of the amazing vendors came together to make sure that Lisa and Jay’s Luxurious Winter Wedding at Bella Collina would still be perfect!

Sure enough, the reception was a stunning affair. The tables were adorned with white-washed wooden vessels holding beautiful petite floral arrangements, all designed to match the bridesmaids’ bouquets. Royal blue linens on the tables and stylish black chairs completed the look, creating a totally unique yet timeless tablescape.

The dance floor had been soaked in the rain, but Jay didn’t let that stop him from dancing with his bride! Their first dance might not have gone exactly to plan, but it made for some beautiful memories and gorgeous photos.

As with all things, this Luxurious Winter Wedding at Bella Collina eventually had to end, and everyone gathered to wish our newlyweds well as they left as husband and wife.

An Elegant and Rustic Wedding: Lauren and Cody

The best weddings are those of the best couples, and Lauren and Cody are just the sweetest! Their wedding at Bella Collina was absolutely stunning, and all the credit for making their dream wedding come to life goes to the ever-talented Blush by Brandee Gaar. Every detail was designed to create the ultimate luxurious experience,  with each moment brilliantly captured by Kristen Weaver Photography.

There was a slight chill in the air, but there was more than enough love and excitement to keep everyone warm! Lauren was a picture-perfect bride as she waked down the aisle, with her hair cascading down her shoulders and a big smile on her face.

Her bouquet had been specifically designed to complement her dress, using flowers of the palest shades and varying textures. Café au lait dahlias, champagne roses, mother of pearl roses, and white hydrangeas all found their place in her bouquet.

Foliage garlands curled around pillars for a brilliant pop of green, adding just the right amount of color to the ceremony. But undoubtedly, our favorite part of the ceremony had to be the artist painting it all in real time! It was a unique but gorgeous touch!

Soon after the romantic ceremony, the party began! The reception on the lawn was simple, yet stunning! The décor was a mix of rustic and luxurious, with elements of gold resting on the mahogany tables from A Chair Affair. Our floral centerpieces stood tall on the tables, regal. All of the décor just paired together flawlessly, and just perfect for Lauren and Cody’s sweet and down-to-earth natures.

As with all good things, our couple’s wedding day came to an end, but the memories that were made that day live on. Congratulations, Lauren and Cody! Team James wishes you all the best; it was a pleasure to design your wedding floral!

Classic White with Pops of Color: Meghan and Scott’s Bella Collina Wedding

Each and every couple is wonderful, but Meghan and Scott’s love is so pure and strong, it withstood a hurricane! Hurricane Matthew had us all wondering if this Bella Collina wedding would take place as scheduled, but the storm passed on, leaving beautiful weather behind!

Anna Christine Events planned the whole event with the utmost professionalism and care, resulting in an event that couldn’t have been more stunning. SNI Photography captured every unique and memorable moment, from the gorgeous sky to the shy smile on Meghan’s face as she walked down the aisle.

It was a classic white wedding, but we loved how we were able to incorporate some pops of color into the floral, like Meghan’s bouquet. Crafted with white hydrangea and open white and champagne garden roses, with merlot-wine ranunculus floral tucked in, along with wine and café au lait dahlia blooms throughout. We finished off the bouquet with some seeded eucalyptus and dusty miller, resulting in a variety of blooms that looked truly striking against our bride’s beautiful white gown.

Of course, we didn’t forget about our handsome groom! Scott opted for a classic look with a crisp black tuxedo, which we complemented with a boutonniere of ranunculus and dusty miller.

After a sweet, emotional ceremony, it was time to celebrate! This is a special couple, so, of course, their reception had to be just as special! The pure ivory décor at the reception was lovely, and it paired beautifully with the floral we created. Lush floral arrangements stood high on the tables, created with hydrangea, open roses in blush and champagne tones, more wine and café au lait dahlia, and burgundy snapdragons for an accent. We finished off the look with white dendrobium orchids that spilled over, with Italian Ruscus foliage and blooming seeded eucalyptus.

The cake designed by Party Flavors Custom Cakes was just magnificent! We haven’t seen a cake like it before, and just a little bit of added floral really made it stand out!

It was a beautiful day, but it soon came to a close to mark the beginning of the newlyweds’ new life together. Congratulations again, Meghan and Scott!

Every wedding we take part in is special to us, each couple memorable in their own way. Jennifer and Richard’s Bella Collina wedding still tugs at our heartstrings, and with Blush by Brandee Gaar’s expert planning, it’s little wonder why! Thanks to Kristen Weaver Photography’s amazing skills, we don’t think we’ll ever get tired of looking at these photos and reminiscing.

The event began with a sweet, beautiful ceremony, just perfect for the couple, with a chain of greenery and a few vintage lanterns leading the way to the hall. Jennifer and Richard both glowed with happiness as they said their I Do’s, Jennifer resplendent in a strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline, while Richard cut an impressive figure his gray suit.

 

For Richard’s boutonniere, we kept it simple but impactful with white ranunculus, accented with dusty miller foliage. It was especially created to complement Jennifer’s bridal bouquet, which was lovingly crafted with café au lait dahlia blooms, white ranunculus, peach-toned garden roses and a finish of dusty miller foliage.

The reception was effortlessly glamorous, and we loved every little detail! The white-and-gold cake artfully designed by Party Flavors Custom Cakes featured a gold sparkle tier, topped with an elegant cake topper with “Mr & Mrs Escobar” in swirling gold script. Floral arrangements of more peach garden roses, surrounded by tiny candles, added a touch of warmth and easy beauty.

Winter Park Racquet Club: David and Ilana

Every wedding is beautiful, but David and Ilana’s Jewish wedding at Winter Park Racquet Club was special. With traditional Jewish customs incorporated into the ceremony and reception and Blush by Brandee Gaar coordinating it all, their big day was bound to be a memorable affair.

Sivan Photography perfectly captured every moment and detail of the evening, from David and Ilana getting ready to the signing of their marriage contract. Honoring tradition, David and Ilana signed their marriage contract before the ceremony, under the guidance of Rabbi Rick. Immediately after, David and his mother lowered Ilana’s veil.

Ilana made a gorgeous bride as she walked down a petal-strewn aisle towards the chuppah, carrying a unique bouquet created with a mix of white and lavender tones. Roses, Dahlia blooms, freesia, and lilac resulted in a beautiful and fragrant bouquet, perfectly complementing David’s lavender rose and dusty miller boutonniere.

The couple were wed under an elaborate chuppah, designed with an array of vibrant purple and blue hydrangea, lavender, peach and soft pink roses. Stock in deep purple, pink heather, and cascading purple orchids created an overall aura of earthy refinement as they made their vows.

David and Ilana’s reception was wonderful, with soft lighting by Kaleidoscope Lighting lending a gentle glow to the room. Lush floral centerpieces, featuring more of the same blooms used for the chuppah, rested in gold vessels and were surrounded by gold mercury candles for a romantic effect.

After a delicious dinner and the cake-cutting, it was time to dance. In true Jewish fashion, David and Ilana joined hands with their loved ones to dance the night away. And of course, the Hora, or Chair Dance, was a must.

Every wedding is unique in its own way, but Shannon and Greg’s wedding at the Reunion Resort was truly memorable! The couple opted for a peacock theme, which Blush by Brandee Gaar coordinated perfectly!

 

Peacocks are beautiful, exotic creatures. Yet as a wedding theme, it could’ve been easily overdone. Fortunately, Shannon and Greg had the perfect vision in mind. For the most part, the couple stuck to neutral colors – including a classic white dress for Shannon and black dresses for the bridesmaids – while using the perfect peacock blue for a gorgeous pop of color.

 

Shannon made a stunning bride as she walked down the aisle. For her bridal bouquet, we designed a bouquet of white mini calla lilies and peacock feathers, creating the perfect complement to her white Ines Di Santo dress. The bridesmaid bouquets, meanwhile, were beautiful arrangements of blue hydrangeas, Picasso mini calla lilies, purple lisianthus, green cymbidium orchids and seeded eucalyptus.

 

 

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests danced the night away at their reception, feasted on a delicious (not to mention, beautiful) cake by Party Flavors, and ended the event with a magnificent fireworks show by Creative Pyrotechnics.

It’s every couple’s dream to have a wedding that is classic and elegant, but still has a few unique touches that make the day personal and all their own. Few manage to make that dream come true, but Liz and Leo, with a little help from RW Events, LLC, made it happen.

The event began with a sweet, beautiful outdoor ceremony at Cypress Grove Estate House, with every moment captured by Amalie Orrange Photography.

Liz stunned as she walked down the aisle. Her look totally blew us away! From her makeup and hair to her oh-so-gorgeous dress from Hayley Paige, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into her look that day. Just look at the metallic bodice on that dress! To complement it, we created Liz’s bridal bouquet with hydrangeas, garden roses, and dusty miller.

After the ceremony, the festivities began! The reception had been meticulously planned with the blush and gold theme in mind, from the metallic sweetheart table, to the topper and flowers on the delicious buttercream cake created by Party Flavors Custom Cakes. The floral arrangements for this reception were a joy to create. We wanted something classic, yet different, so we opted for hydrangeas, garden roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, seeded eucalyptus, leucadendron and dusty miller.

Weddings, whether big or small, are always an amazing experience for all involved. Russell and James’ wedding was no different.

Meticulously put together by Alison Watkins of Blush by Brandee Gaar, the event was equal parts intimate and sophisticated. Sara and Jason of Concept Photography beautifully captured every little smile and detail at the reception.

The day began with a simple yet gorgeous ceremony at the beach, followed by a reception enjoyed by all at a private residence. Keeping with the navy and yellow theme, the couple donned striking boutonnieres of single yellow calla lilies.

While James and Russell opted for all yellow flowers, the arrangements we created for them were anything but boring! Centerpieces featuring yellow calla lilies or yellow tulips evoked warmth and comfort, while the yellow roses adorning the buffet were the picture of elegant simplicity. Even the delicious, three-tier chevron cake expertly created by Party Flavors Custom Cakes looked even more beautiful surrounded by yellow roses.

All in all, it was a beautiful day, full of warmth, affection, and fun, and we were honored to be a part of it, along with these great vendors! James and Russell, congratulations on your new life together!
